Crafted from 18ct white gold, hallmarked London 2003 (sponsor mark MDT), features a central round mixed cut medium dark purplish (red) ruby measuring 4.70 mm x 4.80 mm x 2.54 mm in a raised grain setting estimated carat weight 0.45 ct. The ruby is surrounded by twenty round brilliant diamonds approximately 1.00 mm in diameter with an estimated total diamond weight of 0.10 ct. The diamonds have been assessed to colour H/I and clarity VS2/SI1 in rub-over settings. The ring measures 8 mm wide, with a circular embossed design on the shoulders, with a total weight of 8.86 gr.
