Avoid exposure to chemicals and remove your jewellery before applying beauty products or engaging in activities like cleaning, sports, or gardening. Store each piece separately in an anti-tarnish box and clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping, except for properly fitted wedding rings. White gold rings may require rhodium re-plating over time but can be maintained by regular cleaning and safe storage when not in use.
