Please open it within 72 hours of delivery. Take it out of the box and unwrap it fully so it can unroll - do not use anything sharp to cut it open. Once unrolled, allow 48 to 72 hours in a well-heated, well-ventilated room for it to expand to full size and for the natural foam odour to clear. All mattresses are compressed using roller presses with over 10,000 lbs per square foot. The compressed mattresses are then folded and rolled for vacuum packing using state-of-the-art technology. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
