This 6W solar panel helps maintain 12V batteries and prevent power drain during storage, for use with caravans, boats and small off-grid systems. Six pre-drilled mounting holes allow quick and secure installation directly from the panel surface, and the slim 1.8 cm design suits flat mounting spaces. A built-in blocking diode prevents reverse current and protects the battery during low light or night. The panel is made with tempered glass and a lightweight aluminium frame for outdoor use.

The panel measures 252 x 180 x 18 mm and weighs 0.7 kg. Rated output is 20.0V maximum power voltage at 0.30A, with 24.3V open circuit voltage and 0.32A short circuit current. Mount the panel on a flat surface facing the sun using the six holes and connect through a suitable charge controller for 12V charging. Wipe the tempered glass with a soft damp cloth and check the aluminium frame and cable for corrosion. Store in a dry place when not in use for an extended period.
