*Hangout Pod: Machine washable. Cold wash only on gentle cycle inside a wash bag. Tie ropes together in 1 large knot. Always dry reassembled to prevent deformation. *Hangout Stand: Wipe over with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Never use abrasive cleaning products, brushes or sponges as it will damage the powder coating. Ensure all elements are 100% dry before packing away.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
