Trim wick to 5mm before each use. Allow wax to melt evenly across the surface during first burn (approximately 3-4 hours). Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish safely and allow to cool before relighting. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
