The Tillandsia is a family of Bromeliads and includes more than 400 species. The plants are native to the forests, deserts and mountains of South and Central America. Almost all Tillandsia are epiphytes, meaning they have no or hardly any roots but grow on trees or rocks. Water and nutrients are absorbed from the air by the scales on the leaves, which is why Tillandsias are often called air plants. In this mix, you will receive 4 different species of Tillandsias. Which species you receive depends on availability at the grower.

When the Tillandsia is in a living room or office, they only need to be sprayed with water occasionally. In damp rooms, such as a bathroom or kitchen, the Tillandsia grows on its own. With a little love and moist air, you'll bring a beautiful piece of nature into your home. The possibilities with air plants are endless, and they are often used for creative purposes. Different varieties of Tillandsia are mixed in a set of 5, so you will receive at least 4 different varieties.
