The Sansevieria 'Velvet Touchz' is a strong and highly decorative plant that requires very little care. Naturally green, its tips are now coloured with paint that feels like soft velvet! The included decorative pot matches the colour. The colour will grow out once, but this process takes several years. The Sansevieria originates from West Africa and belongs to the succulent family. Thanks to its air-purifying qualities, it increases the oxygen level indoors. Perfect for a windowsill or a shelf.

Keep Sanseverias evenly moist during spring and summer. In their native surroundings, these months usually correspond to the rainy season, when the plant is actively growing. During autumn and winter keep the plant rather dry. Simulate, as it were, the dry season of the place of origin. The plant then goes into dormancy. Sanseverias love light. Therefore, give them a moderately light to bright location. Sunlight is also possible. Since the Sanseveria is a tropical plant, temperatures should not drop too low. During the day between 15 and 28 degrees Celsius and at night between 12 and 20 degrees Celsius.
