This high performance hand held metal detector is designed to meet the exacting requirements of the security industry. Typical uses include body search for offensive weapons, crowd control, checking packages and letters for metal objects and anywhere where hidden metal needs detecting. The presence of metal is indicated by an audio signal and a red LED. The unit operates from a single 9 V battery and has a low and standard sensitivity setting.
