The Mediterranean Cheese Making Kit includes organic sea salt, citric acid, vegetarian rennet, butter muslin, a range of herbs and spices, cheese moulds, thermometer and step-by-step instructions and delicious recipes. The cheese kit is vegetarian and gluten-free, the ingredients have a 12-month shelf life, and the results will impress friends and family. The Big Cheese Making Kit was moulded out of our curiosity to see if we can make cheese ourselves. We wanted something that didn’t require fancy equipment or ageing the cheese for 5 years under the stairs! And so our research - and lots of trial and error - lead us to create cheese kits that are simple, quick and delicious.

Our cheese making kit is packed with all the ingredients you need for homemade Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Halloumi and Greek Style Cheese - enough to make 20 batches (600-900g per batch)!

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
