Fill the Flask: Before leaving home, fill the stainless-steel thermal flask with boiling water and securely fasten the lid. When It’s Time to Feed: Unscrew the flask lid and pour the hot water into the upturned frosted container lid (it doubles as a warming bowl). Warm the Feed: Place your baby’s bottle or food jar into the hot water. Leave it for a few minutes to warm through, rotating occasionally for even heating. Check the Temperature: Remove the bottle or jar and shake/stir it. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Cool and Clean: Let the flask cool down before cleaning. Wash all parts with warm soapy water and air dry. Tip: For efficiency, pre-measure your formula or prep your milk in advance and store it in a sterilised bottle.
