Product Description: MULTIFUNCTIONAL EXERCISE BAR - In addition to providing pull-ups, this product also provides wide-grip push-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, arm and shoulder exercises to achieve a variety of exercises that help build a strong upper body. PREMIUM MATERIALS - This pull up bar is constructed of heavy duty steel for its sturdiness and stability, and the top square steel has thick foam stripes for wall protection. The handle is equipped with ergonomic comfort foam for a comfortable grip, non-slip and wear-resistant, adding stability and preventing the door frame from being scratched or damaged. DOOR FRAME PROTECTION - The top of this pull-up bar is equipped with thickened foam to protect the door frame from damage, and the outside and inside of the pull up bar are equipped with foam handles, which can effectively prevent damage to both sides of the door frame. EASY TO INSTALL - The door pull up bar comes with an assembly manual and an assembly tool, you can easily install and remove it. The length of the doorway pull up bar is 36", which fits any standard doorways width from 23"to 31", deep from 4.7" to 7.5". It attaches to the doorway using a lever, no drilling is required, and it won't damage the door.
