Clean the exterior of the suitcase with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface of the luggage. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent diluted in water and gently scrub the affected area. Allow the suitcase to air dry completely before storing or using it again. Store the suitcases in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or warping. Periodically check the functionality of the telescopic handle and TSA locks to ensure they are working properly. Avoid overpacking the suitcases to prevent damage to the zippers or seams.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
