After each use, rinse the sponge thoroughly with clean water to remove dirt and cleaning solution residue. Wring out excess water and allow the mop head to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent bacterial growth and unpleasant odors. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as they may damage the sponge material. Replace the sponge head when it becomes worn or less effective to maintain optimal cleaning performance. Regularly wipe the handle to keep it clean and free from dust or rust.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
