This skin-nourishing body massage and bath oil is a tranquil blend of soothing essential oils in a nutrient-rich base to help calm a busy mind and help your switch off naturally. The beautiful base of natural Sweet Almond and Jojoba oils is harmoniously blended with soothing organic French highland Lavender, earthy, warm and woody Frankincense and green, floral and rose-scented Geranium for a complex, calming and luxurious tonic of tranquillity. A word on the inspiration behind Sweet Dreams: We are all aware of the restorative power of a good night’s sleep. However, it is not so easy as we are constantly overstimulated with information and blue light screens on top of daily tasks and worries and may often find ourselves restlessly tossing and turning and struggling to fall asleep. We have formulated our Sweet Dreams blend to be your sleep fairy! It is created to calm a busy mind helping you drift off to a restful night’s sleep. You can choose across the products in our Sweet Dreams range or layer more products from the range together to create your own evening ritual.

Apply a small amount to one palm and rub hands together to warm the oil. Massage into dry skin after showering or bathing. Apply with long flowing strokes working towards the heart to boost circulation. As a bath oil, pour a small amount into the bath, soak in and enjoy the aromas. Caution: External use only.
