Our design team joined forces with our ambassadors and rugby-playing Decathlon employees to make the boot a reality. After creating more than ten prototypes, we are delighted to bring you this versatile boot Your comfort is our priority.: In designing the Advance 500, we based our work on one key area: your comfort. “We used a scanner to measure the feet of 700 rugby players, both children and adults, in the Lille area. We realised that rugby players have feet that are one size larger than the average in Europe,” said Raphaël, a product engineer at Offload. The front part is supple and soft, aiding your agility and speed. The rear section is hard-wearing. It has been reinforced to offer support. The liner adds to the feeling of support, while the rigid sole is all natural curves. Ball feel: Made with a fine material, the Advance 500 feels like a second skin. giving you improved feel of the ball. That feel is enhanced by the pebbling on the front of the boot, which enhances grip when striking the ball.
