HOW DOES THE BULK BAG DELIVERY WORK? Once your order has been processed, the delivery company will collect the goods and when they have reached your local depot (usually within 3 working days), the depot will contact you to book a convenient date for delivery. Access MUST be suitable to accommodate a rigid 16 tonne vehicle with tail-lift. We do NOT deliver with hiab or crane. You must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery and that this will be on a flat, solid, even surface. The manual pallet trucks used cannot operate on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass, inclines or declines. The driver will endeavour to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. However we only guarantee kerbside delivery. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
