What you receive: 10 healthy Hornbeam trees, approximately 2–3ft tall (bare root) Roots wrapped in moist compost to keep them fresh during transport Supplied directly from our Norfolk nursery Carefully packaged to protect the roots during delivery Planting advice: Before planting, soak the roots in water for 1–2 hours. Plant in a hole large enough to spread the roots comfortably, keeping the base level with the surrounding soil. Firm gently, water well, and stake if necessary. Mulching around the base helps retain moisture and suppress weeds.
