Malus ‘Jelly King’ Crab Apple Tree Bare Root 4–5ft Tall. Malus ‘Jelly King’ is a crab apple tree valued for both its ornamental display and culinary fruit. Supplied as a bare root tree approximately 4–5ft tall, it is grown and selected at our Norfolk nursery. In spring, the tree produces clusters of white blossom, followed by heavy crops of golden-yellow crab apples flushed with red. The fruits are aromatic, high in pectin, and particularly suitable for jellies, preserves, and cooking. At maturity, it forms a balanced, upright habit reaching approximately 15–20ft (4.5–6m). This hardy variety performs well in most soil types and garden positions. Suitable for planting in gardens, orchards, or large containers.
