Use warm (not boiling) water in the hot water bottle. Do not fill beyond two-thirds capacity. Avoid direct skin contact; wrap in the soft cover provided. Allow candle to burn on a heat-safe surface. Hand wash socks and eye mask if needed. Store the set in a cool, dry place. Keep away from open flames, sharp objects and prolonged heat exposure.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
