Landlord’s Anti-Mould Paint provides an essential solution for surfaces prone to moisture problems, offering superior protection against recurring damp and condensation. Its powerful formulation is designed to seal walls and ceilings, preventing moisture penetration and ensuring surfaces stay clean and protected from mould, staining, and peeling. This paint is specifically suited to damp areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms with exterior-facing walls where moisture tends to accumulate, including around window frames. The anti-damp paint is easy to apply and works effectively as a moisture barrier, ensuring long-lasting results for both interior and exterior surfaces. It is ideal for properties that experience persistent damp issues, whether for residential use or commercial settings like hotels, apartments, and public spaces. This versatile paint can be used on both dry and damp surfaces, ensuring quick application without compromising on quality.

This paint product provides coverage of approximately 12–16m² per litre for a single coat, or 6–8m² per litre for two coats, depending on surface porosity and colour. Suitable for use in residential and commercial settings—including spas, gyms, schools, universities, and hospitals—it is touch dry in 2 hours and re-coatable in 4 hours, though drying times may vary with climate conditions. For consistent colour, mix multiple containers in a single bucket before use. One or more coats may be needed based on the surface and colour; allow 4–6 hours between coats. The paint can be easily applied by brush, roller, or spray.
