Directions: 1) Dry your teeth and insert the cheek retractor for easier application of the strips. 2) Open a pouch and gently remove the two strips. Position the longer strip on your upper teeth and the shorter one on your lower teeth, aligning them just above the gum line. 3) Press the strips firmly against your teeth and carefully fold any excess material behind the teeth. Leave them in place and relax for 30 minutes. 4) After 30 minutes, carefully peel off the strips and rinse your mouth with water to remove any leftover gel. 5) Use the strips once daily for 7 consecutive days for a full whitening cycle, or as needed. Each box contains 21 treatments, allowing for up to 3 complete cycles. Precautions For Use: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Use as directed.
