Intructions: Upon opening a sachet, you'll find two PAP Strips. Position the smaller strip on your bottom teeth and the larger strip on top, making sure to tuck any excess strip behind your teeth for an even whitening. After 30 minutes, remove the strips, rinse off any leftover gel, then brush with your regular toothpaste for 2 minutes. Precautions For Use: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Use as directed. If any discomfort is experienced, discontinue use immediately. Ingredients: Glycerin, PVP, Ethylcellulose, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid, Alcohol, Hydrated Silica, Dicalcium Phosphate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Menthol. Contains: 0% Hydrogen Peroxide.
