The Nexus pergola features a half-split roof of adjustable louvres, offering versatility and personalisation in protection from the elements. The pergola also comes with a simple but ingenious built-in guttering system that lets rainwater discreetly flow along channels in the roof louvres and down to the ground via the supporting legs of the structure, maintaining a clean and pristine outdoor environment. On top of this, the pergola is fully equipped with inbuilt LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the interior and across the centre beam of the pergola, which can be switched between three lighting temperatures including Warm White and Cool White, creating a comfortable and enjoyable ambiance which recharges with the solar panel built into the roof. Please Note: This structure must be anchored using the appropriate screws based on the flooring which it is being anchored to (screws not included) Please Note: A level and secure foundation is required (concrete, slabs, porcelain, timber framing etc.) Please Note: Please allow for one meter clear all sides of the pergola footprint for installation purposes.

Frame care - Please check fixings at the start of the season to ensure they are tight. Frame care - Please check the gutter system and louvres are clear of leaves and debris that might hinder the water flow. Weather care - During extreme weather we recommend that the louvres and side screens are opened to help avoid any structural damage. Frame cleaning - Clean with fresh water and a sponge or cloth. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive materials.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
