Textile Upper. Use a non-biological soapy solution for cleaning. Dip cloth into the solution, then rub on the slippers to remove marks, unless the slipper carries a wash care label. If it does have a wash care label, follow the instructions. If machine washable expect some shrinkage after a number of washes, with a slight loss of colour.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
