The Prochef 'Le Palette' 24cm Casserole Dish is the high-capacity workhorse of the range — deep enough for a full batch of stew, soup or curry, and versatile enough to start on the hob and finish in the oven without transferring to a second vessel. Pressed from aluminium and finished with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, it distributes heat evenly from edge to edge, producing results that consistently outperform heavier cast alternatives. The wide 24cm base provides plenty of surface area for properly browning meat before the liquid goes in, and the dual stainless steel handles ensure a stable, controlled grip when carrying a full pot. The matte dark green exterior is robust enough for daily use while looking deliberate and considered on any hob or worktop. The matching ceramic lid locks in heat and moisture for slower, more intensive cooking, and the interior surface means residue lifts away with minimal effort.
