The Prochef 'Le Palette' 26cm Saute Pan is built for cooking that demands both capacity and precision — searing protein until it is properly caramelised, reducing a sauce to exactly the right consistency, or braising a generous portion of vegetables in a single pan from hob to table. The deep-sided body and generous 26cm base provide serious cooking area, while the PFAS-free ceramic non-stick interior ensures clean food release and effortless cleaning after every use. The stainless steel long handle and opposing helper handle are riveted firmly in place and engineered for a confident, controlled grip even when the pan is full. Made from pressed aluminium, this saute pan conducts and distributes heat evenly across the entire base and sides, eliminating the cold spots that lead to uneven cooking. The matching dark green ceramic lid traps heat and moisture for slow braises and sauces, while the distinctive matte finish coordinates with the rest of the Le Palette range. Compatible with all hob types including induction, oven safe to 220°C, and dishwasher safe — a pan that performs as well as it looks.
