Ensure the OVA Therma Belt is fully charged before first use by following the instructions provided in the user manual. Familiarise yourself with the controls and settings. Application: Wrap the belt around your abdomen and adjust the waistband to fit snugly but comfortably. The heating pad should be positioned over the area where you experience pain. Ensure that the fabric is in direct contact with your skin for optimal heat transfer. Select Heat and Massage Modes: Heat Therapy: Choose from three heating modes to find the temperature that best suits your comfort level and needs. Massage Therapy: Select from three massage modes to help relax your muscles and enhance pain relief. You can use both therapies simultaneously or separately, depending on your preference. Usage Duration: Use the OVA Therma Belt for 20-30 minutes per session, up to three times a day, or as needed for pain relief.
