Wool based mattresses require regular maintenance, including flipping and rotating, in order to maintain their shape and prevent sagging. Use a waterproof mattress protector to guard against spills and accidents. Odours present from our natural fillings are non-toxic, naturally occurring, cannot be avoided and if any natural smells persist, rest assured that it will dissipate naturally over time within a few weeks. Clean any spills or stains promptly using a mild detergent and warm water, and allow the mattress to dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may harm the materials.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
