The device supports both 802.3af PoE and 48V Passive PoE power supply, allowing it to be powered by either a PoE switch or adapter. Installation is straightforward, with the ability to mount to a pole or wall using the provided mounting kits. With high transmission power and two high-gain omnidirectional antennas, this access point provides stable wireless coverage at a range of up to 200 metres in outdoor settings. The weatherproof enclosure is rated IP65 for ingress protection, protecting the device against harsh outdoor conditions. The device integrates into the Omada Software Defined Networking platform, which combines network devices including access points, switches and routers to provide centralised cloud management and create a highly scalable network controlled from a single interface. Configuration is straightforward using the free Omada app, allowing you to set up, configure settings, monitor network status and manage clients from a smartphone or tablet.
