The Flex Training Fins 2.0 from TYR are perfect training fins for swimmers at any level that are looking to increase performance and decrease times. They are engineered for swim training regiments and exercise routines and allow you to build resistance for leg power and increase your tempo and speed improving your technique.

Salt and chlorine can have a detrimental effect on most materials so it's recommended that you give your equipment a rinse off in fresh water immediately after each use and put it out to air dry. No soap needed.
