Wear gloves to protect your hands from the rough finish. Handle carefully to avoid scratching the finish. Avoid placing in areas of the garden where water pools. Use a plastic liner on the inside to prevent moisture from coming into direct contact with the metal as to prolong its life. Be patient. The finish can take 3-6 months to develop into it's final form. Use Go Ferrous rust stain remover to remove any stains on the patio.
