Sold as a pair, these high quality dumbbells have ergonomically designed contoured knurled chrome handles and durable rubber covered heads for improved safety and support. They also feature torque threaded heads which are permanently affixed to a thick 35mm solid steel shaft which improves the the strength of the head and handle joint when compared to other traditional rubber hex dumbbells.
