Made from British wool which is naturally odour resistant and will last for years. When necessary, hand wash cold and dry flat to prevent distortion. Do not bleach, do not rub, do not tumble dry and do not iron. Repairs We have dedicated Repair Stations in our stores and we're fully equipped to breathe new life into your old kit. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
