The Arena Freeflow Pullbuoy II is a hydrodynamic swim training tool that has been designed to be placed between your thighs immobilising your legs so that you can target body position and improve upper body strength and technique. This pull buoy is lightweight and compact and comes in bright lime or classic black and is easy to carry to and from training sessions.

Salt and chlorine can have a detrimental effect on most materials so it's recommended that you give your equipment a rinse off in fresh water immediately after each use and put it out to air dry. No soap needed.
