Avoid exposure to chemicals and remove your jewellery before applying beauty products or engaging in activities like cleaning, sports, or gardening. Store each piece separately in an anti-tarnish box and clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping, except for properly fitted wedding rings.
