Menopause Stones provide a natural aromatherapy option designed to support comfort and balance during menopause. Each jar contains natural Italian lava rocks infused for many days with a complex blend of 11 essential oils, carefully chosen to help calm the mind and body while easing common menopausal symptoms. Simply remove the lid to release the aroma and allow the fragrance to gently fill the room. The blend has been formulated to help stabilise mood fluctuations, reduce triggers that lead to hot flushes, and support overall emotional wellbeing. The calming scent may also help ease anxiety, brain fog, and low mood while encouraging a deeper and more restorative sleep pattern. The stones can be used throughout the day in the home or workplace, and overnight if placed beside the bed. Replace the lid when not in use to help maintain fragrance strength. The blend includes essential oils such as Clary Sage, Thyme, Sandalwood, Angelica Root, Geranium, Basil, Chamomile, Chasteberry, Gardenia, Rose, and Lavender, selected for their traditionally recognised calming and balancing properties. To enjoy the fragrance, simply remove the lid and allow the aroma to gently fill the room. Replace the lid when not in use to preserve the scent.
