Each jar contains Italian lava rocks infused with a carefully balanced blend of 9 essential oils, selected to support clear sinuses, ease breathing, and help both snorer and “snoree” enjoy a restorative night. Simply place the jar near the pillow and open the lid about 30 minutes before bedtime. The soothing aroma works through the night to relax the body, support healthy breathing, and aid deep sleep. During the day, the stones can also be used to relieve hayfever, sinus discomfort, or mild respiratory irritation. The scent comes from Eucalyptus, Clary Sage, Fennel, Thyme, Cedarwood, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Lavender, and Clove, and lasts for at least two months.
