The All Year Cocoon Swaddle Sleeping Bag is a zip-up swaddle designed to be easy to use and difficult to escape from, keeping baby snug and securely swaddled from day one without complicated wrapping. Being TOG-rated means that the 0.2 TOG can be used on its own from room temperatures 22°C + / 72°F +, with no blankets in the bassinet or cot, making it a considered safe-sleep choice for a newborn or baby. Made from natural fibres, the Cocoon combines GOTS certified cotton and bamboo with a touch of elastane to help restrict the startle reflex while still allowing stretch and movement. The soft, breathable fabric is certified non-toxic, dyed with water based dyes, and described as gentle on newborn skin and skin prone to eczema breakouts. A zip enclosure helps protect delicate skin, while arm poppers allow an easy transition from an arms-in swaddle to an arms-out sleeping bag when baby shows signs of rolling. The bell-shaped design is approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as hip-healthy, and a two-way zipper supports quicker nappy changes with minimal disruption.
