Deliveries are made six days a week and customers must ensure correct contact details to avoid delays. A redelivery charge may apply if delivery is missed. Flats are delivered up to the first floor without lift and additional charges may apply for higher floors. Houses are delivered to ground floor only. Please inspect items on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours as assembled items are non refundable.
