The Jabra headset is a binaural, headband‑style device designed for office or call‑centre use. It is finished in black with steel hinges and incorporates an on‑ear control unit with volume‑up and volume‑down buttons, an on/off switch, LED indicators and BeamForming. Over‑the‑air updates, Clear Voice technology and a suite of hearing‑protection features—including Jabra BalancedVoice, PeakStop, SafeTone, Sidetone Technology and Speech Normalisation—ensure clear communication. The headset supports voice‑assistant integration, Microsoft Teams and voice guidance in English, French, German, Japanese and Korean, and can be managed via the Jabra Sound+, Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress apps. Connectivity is wireless via Bluetooth 5.2, supporting A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP, PBAP and SPP profiles, with a range of up to 30 m. It can store up to eight paired devices and connect to two of them simultaneously. The unit offers HD voice, automatic connection and easy pairing, and includes a USB‑type‑A wireless receiver together with a USB‑type‑C charging cable and a magnetic charging stand. Audio performance spans 20 Hz to 20 kHz in music mode and 100 Hz to 8 kHz in talk mode, driven by a 4 cm driver delivering 30 mW output and an impedance of 16 Ω. Active noise cancellation and HearThrough are provided, while eight MEMS boom‑type microphones with a sensitivity of –35 dB capture sound from 5 Hz to 20 kHz. The built‑in 770 mAh Li‑Ion battery supplies up to 36 hours of playback with ANC off (33 hours with ANC on) and up to 24 hours of talk time (18 hours with ANC on). Fast charging yields about 35 minutes of use after 2.7 hours of charging, and battery status is shown on the device. The headset is rated for operating and storage temperatures between –10 °C and 45 °C and complies with TCO certification. Its dimensions are 145 mm × 67 mm × 190 mm and it weighs 197 g; the packaging measures 199 mm × 75 mm × 238 mm. It comes with a carrying case, a quick‑start guide and a receiver.
