It is your responsibility to take the spa to the final location of your spa. Spa is delivered in 1 box box. The largest box is 40kg and will need 2 people to safely move this to the final location of your spa.

MSpa hot tubs require regular maintenance, including rinsing filters every 3–5 days, replacing them every 2–4 weeks, and balancing water pH (7.2–7.8). Change the water every 2 months, keep the cover on when not in use to retain heat, and never use the tub in temperatures below 4°C

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
