The castellated tray design holds 14 - 17mm pipes in place without clips, making it a true clip-free pipe fixing insulation board. Made from durable EPS with λ ≤ 0.034 W/mK, this thermal insulation panel for floors reduces heat loss into the subfloor, improving efficiency across all underfloor heating projects.

This underfloor heating insulation board is built from EPS for high durability, fLightweight yet rigid, it is easy to transport, cut, and fit on site. Functioning as both foam board and floor insulation board for heating. Each 38mm floor heating insulation sheet provides compression resistance ≥150kPa and flexural strength ≥200kPa, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. The 0.45mm polymer top film acts as a built-in vapour barrier, so no extra sealing layers are required. Overlapping joints ensure secure, gap-free connections between panels. Each floor heating pipe support board covers 1.23m² (13.27ft²) and features a castellated design that ensures precise, consistent pipe spacing.
