Pink Oyster Mushrooms are stunning to grow and resemble hearty rose petals, but don’t let that deceive you, this mushroom packs an umami punch whilst still having a delightful delicate texture. Keep your kit in a light and airy spot where you’ll remember to water it twice a day and watch it grow. These mushrooms don’t need to be grown in the dark – kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect room – giving them the right light and temperature to thrive. Once you have grown your first flush of mushrooms, you can follow the instructions to attempt a second flush. Expect to harvest at least 200-250g of over a few harvests. These are culinary mushrooms and have no known hallucinogenic properties.
