Made for durability, it can be cut down using a metal hacksaw and is supplied with general screws, though depending on your staircase, you may need alternative fixings from a trusted DIY supplier. Decorative stair rods are not suitable for stairs with full width carpets and should only be used with securely fitted runners; speak to a professional fitter if unsure. To install, measure your runner and add 24 mm to get the correct rod length. Fix one bracket using the screws provided, insert the rod, position the second bracket, and secure. Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed. Available in multiple finishes to suit both modern and traditional interiors. Medium=70cm, Large=89cm.
