Open the bottle cage’s hidden tracker compartment, place your Apple AirTag (logo up) inside and close it securely, then bolt the cage to your bike’s standard bottle mounts and tighten; pair the AirTag in Find My so you can ring it and see the bike’s last location if needed. For care, wipe the cage with a soft, dry cloth, avoid solvents and pressure-washing, dry after wet rides, and recheck the mounting bolts periodically; the tracker compartment is dust- and waterproof for everyday rain and road spray, but don’t submerge the unit.
