Looking After Your Mattress: When your mattress arrives roll-packed remove all packaging and allow 24–72 hours for it to fully expand to its intended thickness. Rotate the mattress every 4–6 months to ensure even wear and help extend its lifespan. Use a suitable slatted base or divan base to provide proper support and ventilation. Clean the cover by spot cleaning only avoid soaking. For hygiene, use a breathable mattress protector.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
