We use 100% sheep’s wool for its natural thermoregulating properties, which is essential for new born babies who cannot regulate their own body temperature until they are around 3-4 months old. Our coconut coir is created from shredded coconut fibres stripped from raw coconut shells. All of our mattresses are certified to BS 7177 for flammability, without the use of any antimony, phosphorus, or arsenic based fire-retardant treatments. Additionally, the following standards apply depending on the type of mattress you are ordering: Moses Basket, Carrycot & Pram Mattresses — EN 18700 Certified to EN 18700, the latest European safety standard specifically designed for infant mattresses. This standard requires that the gap between the mattress and the sides and ends of the product does not exceed 30mm on all four sides, ensuring a safe and secure fit for your baby. Crib, Cot, Cot Bed & Single Bed Mattresses — EN 16890 Certified to EN 16890, the latest European safety standard for mattresses. This standard requires that the gap between the mattress and the sides and ends of the bed does not exceed 30mm on all four sides. Travel Cot Mattresses — BS 1877 Certified to BS 1877 Part 10 for safety and performance. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or issues, each of our products is covered by our two-year manufacturer warranty. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
