Exercise Notes: 10-20 minutes: Gradually increase the resistance appropriately to achieve the desired exercise effect; 20-30 minutes: Do not rush to rest, you should slowly relax and continue exercising. Pay attention to posture when exercising: Do not shrug your shoulders, keep them straight and avoid pulling in your back or leaning back too much.
