Place the cap on the head and adjust the back strap for a comfortable secure fit. Wear during the day as part of your regular routine. Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and air dry. Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach or iron. Store away from direct sunlight. Keep away from sharp objects. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
